Terms and Conditions

PRICES

Prices are subjected to changes and prevailing GST charges.

RESERVATION

Upon completion of Lunch Order Form, email to us at enquiries@foodasiacatering.com or fax to us at 6261 3130.

1. All orders must be made 3 working days in advance.
2.Customer has to place at least 3 consecutive days of Breakfast order. 

CONFIRMATION/CHANGES OF ORDER 

1. We will inform you within 48 hours upon successful submission of the order.
2. Please contact us if you  do not hear from us within 48 hours of your order submission.
3. Any changes to the orders must be made 3 working days in advance. 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

A cancellation fee of 50% from the total order amount will be charged to the customer if cancellation is made less than 5 working days.

PAYMENT

1. For cheque payment, please make payable to JYC-NCL PTE LTD.
2. For cash payment, please make payment at HQ which is located at 51 Soon Lee Road.
3. Invoices will be issued to the company upon confirmation of order. 

MODE OF COLLECTION

1. Self collection of lunch is only available after 10.30am at Greenfield Dormitory, 41 Soon Lee Road.(NEA Regulations) 

For residents residing in SCAL and Greenfield dormitories:  Lunch Meal Coupon must be produced upon collection of lunch for verification purposes.  Supervisor collecting on behalf of the workers has to produce the workers’ lunch coupons as well. 

For customers: The supervisor or person-in-charge that collects the lunch has to sign the lunch collection form for verification purposes.

2. Delivery

     a. Free delivery for lunch order of 50 packets and above.
     b. Transportation fee of $30 per trip applies for lunch order of 50 packets and below.
     c. For change of delivery address, customer has to notify us 3  working days in advance. No additional fees apply.
     d. Delivery to one designated location only. Additional $30 of transportation fee applies if it is more than one delivery location.
